Liquid Courage: Lemon Drop Martini
On 07, Mar 2011 | No Comments | In crafting, liquid courage | By Lori
An ear infection has left me unable to do much of anything for the past week. So I went through my 20 cubic feet of craft space and ran across a set of lemon yellow glass beads I purchased forever ago and never used. So I made these simple little earrings to send to my sister-in-law. Paired with my favorite drink: a lemon drop martini, this girl is embracing Spring.

Ingredients:
1 part vodka
1 part simple syrup
1 part lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
splash of soda
Shake with ice, strain into in sugar-rimmed martini glass, garnish with raspberry or lemon peel.
Missed it by THAT much.
